Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how you may use AI Secretary 360's services, including our call handling, SMS, voicemail, and scheduling features. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Collect or harvest personal information without proper authorization or consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure
2. No Illegal Calls or SMS
You must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws, including but not limited to:
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act): You must obtain proper consent before making automated calls or sending SMS messages to consumers
- Do Not Call Registry: You must honor opt-outs and do-not-call requests
- CAN-SPAM Act: Commercial electronic messages must comply with all applicable regulations
- State laws: You are responsible for compliance with all state-specific calling and messaging laws
Using our service to conduct illegal robocalls, autodial without consent, or violate telecommunications regulations is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and referral to authorities.
3. No Spam
Spam degrades our platform for everyone. You may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages via SMS or any other channel
- Use our service to send messages to purchased or harvested contact lists
- Send messages that misrepresent the source, nature, or purpose of the communication
- Engage in phishing, smishing, or vishing schemes
- Send messages at unreasonable hours or with unreasonable frequency
4. No Impersonation
You may not use the Service to impersonate any person, business, or entity, including:
- Claiming to be a government agency, law enforcement, or financial institution when you are not
- Impersonating another business without their authorization
- Using caller ID spoofing to misrepresent your identity
- Creating misleading representations of your business or services
5. Consequences of Violation
If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may:
- Issue a warning and require remediation
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Permanently terminate your account without refund
- Report violations to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Pursue legal action to recover damages caused by your violations
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take immediate action to protect the integrity of our platform and other users.
6. Reporting Violations
