Using our service to conduct illegal robocalls, autodial without consent, or violate telecommunications regulations is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and referral to authorities.

3. No Spam

Spam degrades our platform for everyone. You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages via SMS or any other channel
• Use our service to send messages to purchased or harvested contact lists
• Send messages that misrepresent the source, nature, or purpose of the communication
• Engage in phishing, smishing, or vishing schemes
• Send messages at unreasonable hours or with unreasonable frequency

4. No Impersonation

You may not use the Service to impersonate any person, business, or entity, including:

• Claiming to be a government agency, law enforcement, or financial institution when you are not
• Impersonating another business without their authorization
• Using caller ID spoofing to misrepresent your identity
• Creating misleading representations of your business or services

5. Consequences of Violation

If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may:

• Issue a warning and require remediation
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account without refund
• Report violations to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Pursue legal action to recover damages caused by your violations

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take immediate action to protect the integrity of our platform and other users.

6. Reporting Violations
